Pop-Up Espresso Bar
Public events run on different math than private ones, so the cart books differently: the organizer guarantees a minimum, guests buy their own drinks, or a mix of the two. Good for festivals, holiday markets, grand openings, retail events, fundraisers and school events. Starting at $650.

Single origin, roasted this week
We pour single-origin Strigo Coffee — beans from one farm, one region, one harvest, roasted in South Norwalk. No blending to even out a mediocre lot: you taste where the coffee actually came from. Bought direct from growers at above fair-trade prices, roasted in five-pound batches, and on the cart within a day or two.

No — the cart is mostly booked by adults: weddings, corporate mornings, staff appreciation days, open houses and showers. It also pairs with the kids services, because parents at a two-hour birthday need somewhere to stand.

Just a flat spot to park the cart. We run fully self-powered — no outlet, no extension cords, no generator of yours. Indoors or out, we set up and pack out on our own.
Each package is built around a guest count — thirty, fifty, seventy-five or a hundred. A fifty-guest event usually runs sixty to eighty drinks in two hours; past that we add a second barista so the line keeps moving.
