About us

The story of how Scotty Kazan became a successful balloon artist/decorator/performer/bubble guy is a very interesting tale.

Scotty met a Magician at a restaurant his father, Scott Kazan owned and operated. This Magician taught Scotty the basics of balloons at the age of 18 years old.

7 years later, Scotty received an Associates Degree at Westchester Community College, 

then decided to go into the Balloon Sculpting Industry.

Scotty learned to make amazing designs attending balloon conventions, 

while learning from the worlds  best balloon performers.

Scotty grew up in the restaurant business, which is where he developed his customer service skills.

Scotty is from Larchmont, NY, and now resides in Stamford, CT.
